April 8, 2013. Let today begin day one of the CFOT Teens Sports Performance Blog!
For those that are unaware of the CFOT Teens Sports Performance classes, they are every Monday and Wednesday nights beginning at 7:30PM and ending around 8:15PM.
The concept is to increase their physical fitness capacity through CrossFit to help them perform to the best of their abilities no matter what sport they play!
Yesterday was a fun day! Focused on lots of body weight movement and core work, our weakness, as well as a burner of a Metcon to end the day! Good work all around. Wednesday is a team WOD. A team has to work together in order to be successful!
