We have been introducing new members to CrossFit since February of 2007, thus far we have found this way to be most effective:
If you do NOT have a background in the fundamental exercises and equipment used in CrossFit, our Foundations program is the safest and most effective way for you to START your new journey at CrossFit OldTown (CFOT).
The Foundations program includes 8 sessions (45 minutes each) to systematically introduce you to the core exercises at CrossFit OldTown (e.g., Kettlebells, Calisthenics, Medicine balls, Barbells, and Plyometrics).
Each session will consist of skill development, a workout, and further introduction to our strong, inspiring, and fit community. Our foundations program lasts 4 weeks.
-Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:50 pm., or
-Tuesday and Thursday morning at 5:55 am
