MOGA is a combination of Mobility and Yoga, led by CFOT member Nicole Holt, who is Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and a physical therapist. Mobility movements and yoga poses combined to resolve stiffness, prevent injury and optimize your CrossFit performance
These 45-minute sessions are offered free to Crossfit Oldtown members, and for a small fee to drop-ins. We take a holistic approach to mobility and can cater to specific needs of participants to strengthen sore muscles or add greater flexibility!
