When Did you Begin Training at CFOT?
April 2009

What goals have you slayed so far?
Too many to name…just keep taking baby steps forward.  Muscle-ups, handstand push-ups and pistols were pretty big ones for me.

What is your prior fitness background?
I Played high school baseball and college rugby (in 1999 and 2000).  Ran 2007 Marine Corps Marathon.

Favorite WOD?
“Luce ”

Favorite CFOT moments you’d like to share?
I’m a sucker for Crossfit birthdays…love watching people put on a vest for a WOD and think the Coach’s birthday WODs are awesome (esp. Jerry’s 43rd and Melissa’s 33rd and 34th).

Any advice for our new members?
Show up, listen, and don’t be afraid to put some weight on the bar (you can always take it off if you have to).
