What goals have you slayed so far?

Slayed: 500+ deadlift, 300+ bench

What are your Training Goals for 2011?
Goals: Body weight OHS x 10, 400+ Back Squat, Sub 3:30 Fran, 100+ Double Unders, Body weight Press

What is your prior fitness background?
What was your exposure to CrossFit before coming to CFOT?

High School: Wrestling and pole vaulting
College: Pole vaulting
Did the standard globo-gym workouts: bench, tricep pushdowns, military press, upright rows, etc.
Followed main site wod’s for about a year and a half before coming to CFOT.

Favorite WOD?
“Elizabeth”

Least Favorite WOD?
Anything longer than 6 minutes

Favorite CFOT moments you’d like to share?
Having 20+ high school freshmen and sophomores join the CF Gonzaga club and seeing improvements in all of them in only a few months.

Any advice for our new members?
Never back down.
