High School: Wrestling and pole vaulting
College: Pole vaulting
Did the standard globo-gym workouts: bench, tricep pushdowns, military press, upright rows, etc.
Followed main site wod’s for about a year and a half before coming to CFOT.

Anything longer than 6 minutes
Favorite CFOT moments you’d like to share?
Having 20+ high school freshmen and sophomores join the CF Gonzaga club and seeing improvements in all of them in only a few months.
