  4. Deadlift 365# x1. Failed twice at 385# x1 when back rounded-out. Rep-out at 275# x10.

  5. Workload was:

    135 – 275 – 315 – 335 – 365 – 405 – 415 (got it passed the knees but no lockout at the top).

    Felt great today.

    365 x 1 (attempted 405 x 1, way too big of a jump so finished well below my PR)

    Then repped out @ 275 x 17

  14. 235. Figured out early on that it was going to be an off day.
    warm-ups felt slow, had no pop. Failed at 240, 20lbs off of my
    PR. 125,175,195,215,235, 240 (f). Called it a day.
    After Party rocked. Those shoot throughs are no joke!

  15. Not a good day. Not sure if my body knows that I’m on “vacation” or what but the past two days have sucked as far as working out goes. Makes me v. sad. I miss the comeraderie of the CFOT gang. Flying solo at the Y in Chickasha, OK is NOT the same.

    205 (way too high for a warm up), 225, 245. Failed at 255. Reduced to 250 and failed when I felt my back begin to round. 10 pounds under my PR. Grr….

  16. 285 and a PR but it was ugly. Bent arms, pulled it up on my toes. Hit max at set #4. Couldn’t even lift 290 off the floor. Rep’d out with 200 x 10.

  17. 255 lbs. maxed out; not a PR, in fact 50 lbs. BELOW my PR *sigh*

  18. 345. Been off for a week+ – no mojo today.

  19. 315 PR + 10 x 265 (rep out)

  20. 185# PR, After party

  21. 325#, and it was ugly

  22. 385# 1RM max, failed 405#
