14:38 Rx – 37 second PR. Although a new best, I was very disappointed with the KB swings. They were hurting where they shouldn’t have and they slowed me down big time. Should have easily been at least a minute faster.

10:38 a minute slower than my pr . kb swings were my recovery, runs were slow, first two rounds of pullups unbroken, last round had to break up 6, 4, 2.

This only means one thing; must go faster on the runs…oh my.
Helen – 10:05 PR. REALLY wanted sub 10, but that last set of pullups killed me. 3s, 2s, and 1s. Next time!

12:15 sub row for run. Really bad ankle every time I came off the pull-up bar, really good motivation to stay on the bar! Trying to get some mobility back and blood flowing.
