10:34 PR (by 2.5 minutes and this time RX!)
Last Fran attempt was almost exactly a year ago and was still on the band pullups.
Pullups = slow.

Sometimes you have to post the bad stuff too. Today was a miserable and embarrassing performance...should have not even attempted this. Time was 10:04.
Spent more time hunched over the bar with tears in my eyes than actually doing work. Chip reminded me that "the definition of insanity is doing the same thing twice (or more than that) and expecting the same result". So I'm off to the chiro this afternoon to get the back looked at and put back in place and will spend the week avoiding anything that will aggravate this more.

WOD 1)'Fran' 6.22, not sure where I lost the most time on this, but pretty far off a PR.
WOD 2) 2 Power Cleans EMOM for 10 Minutes 3 X 95/7 X 105.
I was the only one I heard coughing after 0915, but I am coughing enough for all of you.

Chris' 1st Fran - 5:14 Rx PR.
Yesterday, I couldn't understand Erin's post about the "Fran cough" since this WOD doesn't include a mile loop outside in freezing temperatures...Now, after having done my first Fran I HAVE the Fran cough and also have a much better appreciation for Coach Glassman's comment on the video that "Fran will leave you laying on the ground, looking into the sky wondering what the heck just happened to me?"

*1st time doing barbell thrusters in a WOD in months and 2nd time doing red band pullups.
Just found my 2012 goal: Now I need to just cut 7 minutes off my time, add 10# and stop using a band all together! Ha!
