Workout of the Day
All Trick no Treat
5 rounds Roll two Dice after each 400m Run and perform the two exercises the dice reveal.
1 = 15 snatches (95/65)
2 = 15 thrusters (95/65)
3 = 20 burpees
4= 20 KB swing
5 = 25 Wallball
6 = 25 box jump
For example, you come back from your 400m run and roll 2 dice it comes up 5 and 5, you owe 50 Wallballs. The next round you come back from your run and roll 2 and 5, you owe 15 thrusters, 25 wallball. Third Round (after run) is 5 and 4 so you owe 25 wallball and 20 KB swing. This madness continues for 5 full rounds.
