EVERY 1:15 x 10 rounds (thats 5 sets each)

Odd Rounds:

Touch and Go UnBroken Hang squat clean x 5 (use wod speed, but tough)

Even Rounds:

Muscle-up x ?? (3-7 reps, something tough but repeatable for all sets, score least reps in any interval)

WOD B:

EVERY 1:15 x 10 rounds (thats 5 sets each)

Odd Rounds:

Push Press x 7 (UB tng)
