This will be a short update on the SportsPerformance Team as it is a short week for them.
Monday we worked 4 reps of squat clean every 2 minutes for 6 sets then did some max effort interval work. Before we started the interval work, I tried to set the stage that they are down by 5 and have 2 minutes left on the clock, how much could they accomplish. It may be kind of corny but the goal was accomplished. It was OH Walking Lunges, some burpees, wall balls and air squats.
