WOD 1: Back Squat 3,3,3
WOD 2: Quadzilla 3 rd’s + 6 reps (5 more than last time)
4 rnds @ 75# only used 65# last time I did this. I felt good, but really had to work for those last 2 rounds of 4 and 5 rep cycles.
