Jeremy began training at CrossFit Oldtown in April 2009 after hearing about the opening of its new location. Now, more than four years later, Jeremy continues to pursue new health, fitness and wellness goals as an Assistant Coach and competitor in CrossFit, strongman and Olympic weightlifting. As a former high school and college athlete, and a recreational runner (completing several half-marathons and a Marine Corps Marathon), Jeremy has a tremendous base of knowledge from which to draw from to help others achieve their goals.
Jeremy is certified by U.S.A. Weightlifting as a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach and is dedicated to helping people move better, get stronger, understand their bodies, lose weight and achieve whatever other fitness and personal goals they set. “The ability to move your body efficiently through space is critical in everyday life,” Jeremy says, “CrossFit is unique because the movements we perform have real-world application – whether you’re carrying groceries, playing with your children, or working in the yard, CrossFit makes life easier.”
