Lunch Bunch Head Coach, Assistant Coach, CFOT Endurance Coach
Kelley started Crossfit at CFOT in 2009 after a friend, who was also a personal trainer, suggested it. In 2010 she completed her first triathlons, a Sprint and an Olympic distance. After signing up for a 70.3 for 2011, she figured there was only one thing left to do. So she signed the dotted line for a Full Iroman Triathlon in 2011 as well. Training with CFE for these races set her on a path to discover two new passions–Iron Distance Triathlons and CFE. In July 2012, Jerry askedKelley if she was interested in helping start an Endurance program at CFOT. Shortly after, CFOT.e was born. With many success stories, more and more CFOT members are jumping in on the fun of an Endurance program. In October 2012,Kelley started coaching the 1230 class. What an opportunity! “Just being able to see people improve, whether it is with form on a lift, better gymnastics, or improved endurance levels, is amazing and so rewarding. If I can be even a small part of that, I’m in.” Kelley will be completing Ironman #4 (which will be her 1st International Ironman) and #5 in 2015, using Crossfit and Crossfit Endurance based training.
