Thanks, Mark! I came to lunch and Jen Baskette Tierney and I walked two miles. It was the first time since the heart event on April 24 that I had even broken a sweat. It felt great to be there.

Thinking of Matt Mendelsohn and his recovery. Quite enjoyed getting a little Metcon in, as I ease my way back as well. Skipped the run, and did AirDyne 1mile, rx in the middle and a 2k row to end. 25:40. I can still get through hspu pretty well. 15, 15 then 4 quick sets of 5 kipping.

32:10 1000 m row/50 t2b/150 DU/30 HSPU - more than 2 minutes slower than same WOD few weeks ago. Off day.

31:13 but only 25 HSPU in the 6 minute timeframe.
We did this WOD a few weeks ago and this is 11 seconds faster plus 4 more HSPU so that is good new. It was a real Popeye work out! My forearms are screaming. And my shoulders.
