CrossFit Oldtown is a 3,700 sq/ft. group training facility equipped with men’s and women’s showers and central air (does that makes us the coolest CrossFit facility in Alexandria?), located two blocks from the waterfront in North Oldtown, Alexandria, Virginia. We are a core strength and conditioning program that offers 100% CrossFit through group coached classes that are 55minutes in length. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like running, rowing, jumping, pushing, pulling, and squatting) executed at high intensity. Our training methods produce instant and unparalleled results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between.
Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of High Intensity Cardio, Body-weight Exercises, Plyometrics, and Weightlifting.
