B – V Ups

I – Single DB Box Step Up (50/35)

N – Plate G2OH (45/25)

G – Team Run 200m (no matter what number is on the ball)

O – HRPU

Rules – There is one movement assigned to each letter of the word BINGO. We will spin the BINGO ball roller and pick one ball. The teams will do the total number of reps on the ball for the movement associated with the letter on the ball EXCEPT anytime we pick a “G” ball, the teams run 200m. First team to get the letters BINGO in a row gets a prize, everyone else does 10 burpees and we start over until hitting 40 minutes.

Example: We pick “I-15” ball from the BINGO spinner. The team does a total of 15 Single DB Box step ups.

Note: If we pick the same letter ball two times in a row, we’ll pick again until getting a different letter.
