Ideally looking for a straight shot on the course

To start drive up to your tippy toes and lean forward, before you fall drive right into your run
To start get into the bottom of a push-up and when ready pop-up and get into your run
To start lay down on your back and when ready get up and into your run as fast as you can
To start perform 4 pop squats and then drive into your run
Rest is 90s between intervals
After the 4th rd res 8 mins and repeat.
