“Push” the run/row!

Perform 1 Push-up on min 1 and add 1 every minute until you cannot complete them in the minute.

Score is total distance!

Scaled if you cannot perform at least 20 Push Ups UB then cap yourself at 6 Push-ups and continue until failure to complete.

Example:

3-2-1-Go!

1 Push Up

Run until the next minute where you will perform 2 push-ups……………….
